My Meal Account

Create PIN for First Time User

Your Account number is your 7-digit ID number - Student ID for students, Employee ID for faculty & staff.

Default PIN is your birthdate. Use slashes when entering your birthdate: MM/DD/YYYY. You will be required to change your PIN the first time you log in. If you have any problems changing your PIN or have forgotten your PIN, you will need to come to the Mac Express Office (Commons Building 128) to reset it.

CLICK HERE to enter the Mac Express secure site. Make sure you LOGOUT when you are done.

Options on the secure site include:

  • Create Pin for First Time User
  • Deactivate Your Lost or Stolen Card
  • Change Your PIN
  • Information About Your Account
  • Financial Status Report
  • Financial History Report
  • Add money to Meal Card (min. $20)

IMPORTANT

Getting into Residence
A Residence Meal Plan is mandatory for all students living in Residence. There are two groups of meal plans:
Group-A - Full Meal Plans available to all residence students
Group-B - Reduced Meal Plans available to Mary E. Keyes and Bates residence students only
We encourage you to read and understand the policy.
Upon your arrival to campus, your Student ID card will already have a meal plan set up for you.
If you want to change your meal plan, you must submit a written request to Mac Express - the deadline is August 14, 2013 at 4 pm.

Living Off-Campus
Hospitality Services is pleased to offer students living off-campus two different types of meal plans: the Freedom Plan and the Term Plan - view more information on off-campus meal plans website.

All meal plan holders have web access to their meal plan information - check balance, review transactions, add more money, cancel lost meal card, etc. Parents can also add money to their children's accounts from the same web page at My Meal Account by chosing "Parental Pre-Pay" option.
